Most of the houses listed on this site are owned and maintained by us, we pride ourselves on providing high quality houses, furnishings and appliances and look for tenants who want somewhere nice to live and are willing to look after it. We are so confident you can ask any of our current tenants for a reference! New this year we are offering a number of distinctive properties fully refurbished where the accomodation is to an exceptionally high standard (similar to professional lets) not usually found in student accomodation. e.g. oak or granite worktops, solid oak floors in reception areas, luxury bathrooms/en-suites. Please note references or parental guarantors are required for these properties. All of the houses are located in prime locations within walking distance of Royal Holloway University and we are happy to accept students. A majority of rooms have double beds, all have desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Every house owned by us is equipped with a washing machine, microwave and mains linked smoke detectors. Every house has gas central heating, most have double glazing and dishwashers! Some agents charge registration fees, contract preparation fees and inventory fees - we do not. Always check carefully before you sign anything and look at a number of properties before deciding. |
